In the frame of a national project (PARALEX), we are seeking for a PhD student working at the Ifremer center of Brest (France).
The successful candidate will investigate host/pathogen interactions in the phytoplankton community. Experimental design will be done to estimate the pathogen impact on the host motility. Some modelling activities are also planned. The PhD should start the 1st of November for a duration of 3 years.
